Mark O’Hanlon

Mark O’Hanlon is a managing director in Accenture’s retail strategy and consulting practice and leads the company’s supply chain and store operations unit in the UK. He has over 20 years of retail and business transformation experience across the whole retail value chain including store operating model design and implementation, end to end supply chain performance improvement, category management, product development and merchandise planning. Before joining Accenture via the company’s acquisition of strategy consultancy Kurt Salmon, Mark worked with Marks & Spencer and Sainsbury’s.
