VM showcase: Levi European flagship store scheme

A future-proof design was the key consideration for this Levi scheme to promote the Taper 502 line across its European flagship stores in London, Paris and Berlin.

To create the caged plinths which frame the mannequins, VM specialist Lucky Fox worked with a range of durable materials including power-coated metal and birch. The display systems are re-usable and versatile, so that they can be repurposed for future schemes.

The backs and the bases of the plinths are removable, allowing for different colours and graphics. Even the large neon letters are fixed with hooks, so they can be easily removed for different signage or merchandise.

Softening the lines of the urban-look scheme, environmental images taken from the denim brand’s global campaign are printed to birch slats and hung behind the mannequins.

Displaying the iconic jeans at 360-degree angles was also integral to the design – so the mannequins were turned at different directions.

In the windows, birch wood slats are used again to create display platforms to showcase key pieces from the collection.
