Simply Be unveils customer rewards scheme

Women’s fashion retailer Simply Be has unveiled a new rewards scheme aimed at providing perks for its loyal customers.

The N Brown-owned business’s ‘Perks’ membership programme will offer participants style inspiration, special deals, prizes, and invites for evenings out in an attempt to increase engagement with its customers.

Discounts on Simply Be ranges will be offered to loyal shoppers at the behest of the retailer, while Perks members will also be able to take advantage of special offers and deals from third-party brand partners.

Partners for this particular initiative are listed on the Simply Be website as Hotel Chocolat, Umberto Giannini, and Aromatherapy Associates.

As part of the new rewards scheme, the retailer will be running regular competitions, with prizes up for grabs including entry onto VIP lists for special events.

Shoppers who sign up for the Perks scheme in April will receive a £5-off voucher to use at Simply Be, as the retailer looks to incentivise people to register.

'Standout' brand

Simply Be was described by N Brown CEO Angela Spindler as the group’s “standout brand” in the company's third-quarter trading update earlier this year. Revenue for Simply Be in the 18 weeks to 6 January 2018 was up by 14.5% year on year, with its Christmas campaign reportedly resonating well with shoppers.

In January, Simply Be and its N Brown stablemate, Jacamo, partnered with European fashion marketplace Zalando, helping to broaden those two brands’ presence across the continent.

There have been a flurry of major announcements at the group this year with Adam Warne, Alyson Fadil and Phil Barnes all joining the organisation in recent weeks as CIO, chief people officer and director of supply chain respectively.

RBTE takes place at London’s Olympia, 2-3 May 2018.
