Seekology offers sense of discovery for beauty shoppers

New beauty and wellbeing retailer Seekology has opened its first store, as a pop-up in Richmond, West London.

The brand has been created by entrepreneur Rebecca Saunders, with design by Caulder Moore.

The store has been set up to share remarkable brands with its customers. It will feature a rotating range of between 20 and 25 beauty and wellbeing brands, so that there is always something new for customers to see on repeat visits.

Each brand will remain in store for a month or more. All brands chosen have a 'unique story,' with most being female-led and manufactured in the UK.

The store seeks to be the antithesis of an intimidating beauty hall, by providing a warm and welcoming environment. A natural colour palette has been chosen to reflect healthy lifestyles, and a flexible space has been created to allow the store to host events, such as 'meet the maker' evenings.

“Irene Maguire and Daniela So at Caulder Moore helped us translate our vision into real life, using our vibrant citrus colour palette on the walls and keeping the fixtures simple and clean, to enable a focus on our featured brands' stories,” says Rebecca Saunders.

“There is a greater desire than ever for customers to discover new brands, and ones which have a strong narrative, and distinctive point of view,” says Caulder Moore founder and director Irene Maguire.
