Hawes & Curtis introduces mobile POS

Hawes & Curtis is rolling out iPads to deploy mobile point-of-sale (POS) terminals in its UK stores.

The formal menswear and womenswear retailer is working with One Iota to run its Assisted Sale iPad App which will help store associates find products faster and easier, while converting customer transactions more seamlessly.

After a trial last year, several stores including Bluewater Shopping Centre, Edinburgh and Meadowhall stores currently have one iPad each in situ, while the remaining 17 UK stores will receive the technology after first assessing its use in the pilot stores.

One Iota already provides mobile POS solutions globally for the likes of JD Sports, Hugo Boss, Superdry and Quiz.
