Innovative is an adjective that neatly sums up Graham Benson, the CIO of international discount fashion e-tailer M&M Direct, who is the subject of the first of many big interviews you should expect to see on these pages. There was also some refreshingly new debate generated by the recent RBTE Steering Committee Meeting, which brought together some of the leading lights in retail and retail technology.
