Tiger let loose in London Underground

Tiger has opened a smaller format store in London Underground's St James's Park station – the first of this type of shop for the Danish retailer.

At 700 sq ft, the store is a move away from its larger UK store footprints, typically located in shopping centres across the country. The St James's Park outlet is the company's 75th store in the UK – 16 years after arriving on these shores.

Tiger sells a range of products – from toys, gadgets and homeware to fashion accessories – and is looking to develop its presence further in the UK over the coming months.

Next month also sees the launch of Tiger's new collaboration with Japanese artist, Misaki Kawai, who's range of products including yoga mats, phone cases and backpacks will be available exclusively in the retailer's stores.

Tiger now has over 605 stores across Europe, Japan and the US.
