Survey: Is cognitive computing part of your retail tech discussions?

Enterprise APIs. Cognitive computing. Machine learning. These are all the latest buzzwords in computing, but have they made it into retail technology discussions?

RSR is conducting a unique survey to find out. We will focus on the UK market only, and we’d love to get your perspective. Here are the details:

Advances in information technology have enabled a new kind of computer – "learning machines" that can scan through vast stores of data in milliseconds and deliver resulting insights in a highly consumable form, for example, using natural language. Many in the technology world believe that such advances could lead to smarter and more relevant retailer-customer interactions, and faster and more natural analysis leading to customer and operational insights.

Is your company thinking about these possibilities? If so, which ones? And if not, why not? Your perspective can help set an important benchmark of the industry.

The survey (link below) should take 10-15 minutes to complete. The results are only used in aggregate, and all individual responses are kept completely confidential. Survey respondents will receive an advance copy of the research results.
