Retail Digital Signage Expo exhibitors expecting pan-European reach

The importance of the UK retail market will mean a pan-European reach for Retail Digital Signage Expo, the new event launched alongside Retail Design Expo and RBTE, says 3M Touch Systems marketing operations manager Paolo Pedrazzoli.

3M Touch Systems will be using the event to exhibit a new range of products designed to reinforce its position in the interactive solutions sector. "We are going to focus more and more on the retail market," says Pedrazzoli. "We will be focusing on this market for digital signage applications and large format multi touch solutions." The group will also be showing a selection of table-based technology created for retail and showroom environments.

The event's London location, and the established audience for the Retail Design Expo and RBTE, put Retail Digital Signage Expo in a unique position, he says.

"The UK is basically leading this market from a European point of view… and certainly in terms of innovations and new solutions in this market, the UK has always been the leader," says Pedrazzoli. "This is one of the reasons why we are going to participate in this exhibition… because the UK is leading, at least in terms of innovations, this segment."

Pedrazzoli says that, by virtue of its co-location with the established RBTE and Retail Design Expo events, Retail Digital Signage Expo will attract a large multinational audience.

"We expect to get leads from the UK but also from customers which are pan-European are going to visit. That is the reason why we are there," he says.

3M will be exhibiting on stand B2 at Retail Digital Signage Expo 2016.
