Asda, Hotel Chocolat, House of Fraser, Maplin to speak at RBTE

Senior executives from Asda, Boots, Hotel Chocolat and House of Fraser are among the confirmed speakers at RBTE 2016.

The team behind RBTE has offered a sneak preview into the speaker line-up for the event on 9-10 March 2016, and it includes Asda's SVP for people & stores Hayley Tatum, Hotel Chocolat co-founder Angus Thirlwell, House of Fraser's chief customer officer Andy Harding and Maplin CEO-to-be Oliver Meakin.

Andrew Livingston, CEO of Screwfix, Robin Phillips, Boots' omnichannel & development director, and Terry Duddy, former Home Retail Group CEO and non-executive director at Debenhams, will also present at the London Olympia event.

In addition to the extensive two-day conference programme, there will be hundreds of retail technology visitors showcasing their wares to industry visitors.

The 2015 event – sitting side by side with Retail Design Expo for the first time – attracted over 12,000 attendees, but visitor numbers are expected to grow in 2016, especially as the organisers have added the eCommerce Quarter and Retail Digital Signage Expo, among other new features.
