Verifone places focus on mobile payments at RBTE

Point of sale solutions provider Verifone will be tackling subjects surrounding the burgeoning area of mobile payment and mobile engagement within retail, at RBTE in March.

Verifone will be on stage as the European retail solutions conference and exhibition, which is set to take place between 10-11 March at London's Olympia, runs nine highly practical workshop sessions on eCommerce. The bootcamps will cover all aspects of the eCommerce journey – from customer attraction to checkout & payment.

Verifone's presentation will look at the different aspects of mobile payments and what benefits this technology can bring retailers.

Subjects to be investigated during the session include barcode scanning and integration, coupons, QR codes, click & collect, mobile wallets and geo-targeted mobile advertising.

Attendees will be asked their views on these different methods of consumer engagement via live polling during the session; the results of which will help fuel an interactive discussion led by Verifone.
