Magento partner in focus: Envoy Digital

RBTE will put a strong focus on eCommerce again in 2015, thanks in part to the presence of the Magento Pavilion where the latest online retailing technology will be on show for visiting retailers.

In the build-up to the show, Essential Retail will focus on the Magento partners set to take part in the two-day conference scheduled to take place at London's Olympia between 10-11 March 2015.

This week's business under the spotlight is Envoy Digital. Here's a quick-fire summary of what the company can offer the retail industry, in its own words.

What does your company offer retailers?

Envoy is a successful, London-based full service digital agency with a laser sharp focus on eCommerce.

We are trusted by brilliant brands including the BBC, Arsenal Football Club, Office, RSPCA, G4S, Lidl, Penguin books, Frontier and Moneycorp. We implement and maintain over £500 million per year online turnover on behalf of our clients.

We are proud to be Magento partners and have over 17 years' experience in developing user-centred and commercially successful eCommerce sites that are fast, capable and scalable.

We offer a full range of professional eCommerce services; from digital strategy, development and UX design to hosting, support & training. We've taken Magento performance to a new level; tuning the stock platform so that it is truly fast, scalable, integrated and with many additional premium features.

Our commitment to service means that our clients like to stay with us, in fact we depend on it, 90% of our revenue is repeat business or comes from referrals. We’re still the primary digital agency for our first ever client, that was 17 years ago. This stands us apart from most other digital agencies.

Which retailers do you currently work alongside?

Office, Penguin Random House, Voga, i-Ride, Choice, Winser London, Pringle, RSPCA, Sue Ryder, 31 Dover and Lidl.

What can we expect from you at RBTE?

We always enjoy supporting RBTE and look forward to sharing our eCommerce success stories, our Magento implementation expertise and digital retail insight with visitors.

What key trends in online retailing do you expect to emerge over the next 12 months?

Omnichannel: caring less about where a sale is made and more on supporting customers to buy the way they want to with joined-up, cross-channel digital and off-line experiences.

Big data: big data will remain a strong focus for this year as we continue to innovate with implicit and explicit data-driven personalisation to better engage with customers with relevant content, offers and product.

Customer experience: more than ever, this year will see a demand for creative eCommerce approaches: Customers expect a unique, emotional and interactive online shopping experience.

Mobile shopping: we'll see a strong continued increase in consumers using mobiles to inform themselves, to search for offers and to support their online and in-store shopping experience. Joined-up and simple to use payment options which span on and off-line will support this.
