KioWare to provide in-store technology inspiration

Kiosk software provider KioWare will be offering retailers guidance on how various online and digital content can be leveraged in store, at RBTE in March.

KioWare will be on stage as the European retail solutions conference and exhibition, which is set to take place between 10-11 March at London's Olympia, runs nine highly practical workshop sessions on eCommerce. The bootcamps will cover all aspects of the eCommerce journey – from customer attraction to checkout & payment.

From Site to Store – with KioWare

While big data, content marketing and omnichannel customer service can help retailers increase their capacity to target shoppers online, through email and in mobile environments, Kioware's session will review how companies can use these same techniques to drive in-store interactions and conversions.

The session includes actionable steps and tools for leveraging content marketing resources in physical store locations, and it will provide clear steps on how video, showrooming and email, for example, can be utilised in a store environment.

KioWare says its bootcamp will provide the initial project management tools needed to price, configure and manage retailers' in-store interactive tablet or PC projects.
