GSMA to host couponing and loyalty event

Global mobile operators association GSMA will be hosting a couponing and loyalty event in November, focusing on the latest trends in the retail industry and the opportunities provided by mobile.

The event, which is entitled Couponing and Loyalty Seminar: Embracing the technology challenge from adoption to scale, is aimed at vendors and service providers engaged in technology innovation around pin entry device, point of sale, cash register and service management of loyalty and couponing in the digital age.

It is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 26 November 2013 at GSMA Offices, 5 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3BF, and is supported by RBTE and Essential Retail.

GSMA held an event in the summer which detailed its framework for using mobile commerce to boost the high street and overall retail industry.
