Retail performance and security solutions company Tyco Retail Solutions is returning to RBTE, and it will be showcasing its range of products at the two-day event at London Olympia between 9-10 March 2016.

Essential Retail caught up with Stephen Howells, associate director at Tyco Retail Solutions, to find out more about the company and its plans for the spring show.

Why have you booked for RBTE 2016? 

Tyco Retail Solutions is attending the RBTE 2016 because we feel it is the right platform for us to showcase our customers, existing and new contacts what we are focusing on at the moment and bounce off each other our current views on the industry’s main challenges and opportunities.

What new technology will you be displaying at RBTE 2016, and why is it relevant?  

We are bridging the gap between capturing information relating to the offline shopper versus the information available for the online shopper.

Name some of the retailers that you are currently working alongside?

We deal with most of the top retailers in the UK.

What's the best customer service you've experienced this year?

Best customer service that I have experienced was a local gardening company who provided a high level of after-completion care, they took pride in their work and constantly maintain it at their cost – this is to protect their reputation and make them stand out from their competitors..
