The Buying & Merchandising Summit has confirmed global technology business IBM as a sponsor of its inaugural show in September.

Senior representatives from a host of international retailers are set to speak at the event, which will take place at London's Cavendish Centre on 22 September.

Chaired by RSR Research managing partner Brian Kilcourse, the summit will include presentations and panel debates involving retailers such as Boohoo.com, White Stuff and Bonmarche, as well as Adidas, Net-a-Porter and Hunkemöller International.

George Adams, advisor at VictoriaPlum.co.uk and former Maxeda, Kingfisher and Screwfix executive, will provide the keynote speech.
