Peter Charness, chief marketing officer of TXT Retail, noted: "The new convenience factors demanded by today's shopper have put increased pressure on retailers to redesign and re-energise the way they do business, where and how they interact with these shoppers.

"This starts with more exacting requirements for building customer focused assortments to more complex methods of planning demand, inventory and fulfilment across all the different channels that shoppers want to use to browse, shop, order and pick up."

TXT Retail brings innovation to retailers through an end-to-end merchandise planning and inventory management solution that encompasses the entire product lifecycle,  from planning, collection building, design, delivery and in season management.

Charness added: "TXT Retail is pleased to support the Buying and Merchandising Summit, a leading event where retailers can get together with their peers and industry thought leaders to learn more about the systems and processes required to excel in this new more complex retailing environment.

"We look forward to meeting at the Buying and Merchandising Summit as we support retailers with assortments planned for success."
