Administration and compliance management software company PinBellCom is new to RBTE for 2015, and will be showcasing its range of products during the two-day event at London Olympia between 10-11 March 2015.

Essential Retail caught up with Edward Bellamy, managing director at PinBellCom, to find out more about the company and its plans for the spring show.

Why have you booked for RBTE 2015?

We have booked to share the net benefit to the bottom line that the TheOneView drives for our existing retail clients.

What new technology will you be displaying at RBTE 2015, and why is it relevant?

TheOneView: business continuity (BC), compliance, assessments, ISO toolset and its supporting mobile apps.

People who use TheOneView find that they gain greater control and governance reporting in their compliance monitoring at a lower capital and revenue costs in the team. For example, the business continuity modules are ISO22301 aligned and enable corporate organisations to efficiently manage and maintain their BIAs throughout the organisation, continuity plans and even exercising across departments.

Retail customers have found that they are able to manage by exception and share instant reporting with audit and governance committees.

The mobile apps mean that everyone has their BC, compliance actions, checklists and content in their pocket, from directors to local key individuals. TheOneView won the Innovative Product of the Year 2014 at the BCI European awards for putting this amount of transparency into the field.

TheOneView centralises communications, audits, assessments and local and roll-up reporting through all departments of an organisation, improving levels of engagement.

Productivity is improved by encouraging users to take ownership of their own plans, documents and content. It is simple, intuitive and suitable to a large user base, whilst management can oversee the whole programme in an instant and check the level of compliance and engagement.

Which retailers are you currently working alongside?

We currently work with another of influential brands within the retail market including Marks & Spencer and TUI Travel.

Which types of retailer and which job functions are you hoping to meet with at RBTE 2015, and why?

We would like to meet the heads of business continuity, operations, retail directors and audit directors.

Medium to large retailers across large location sets are particularly well suited to the system. We can talk to this wide range as unlike many of the legacy systems on the market, TheOneView isn’t clunky and doesn’t require a job just to run it.

Visitors to RBTE 2015 can meet with PinBellCom at Stand 282.
