PayPal has launched a new brand image, including a new logo and brand campaign to spread the message to consumers and businesses alike.

Working with design firm fuseproject and assessing feedback from people who use its products, the payments company has refreshed its identity to highlight the way it sees its role in the modern world.

A company statement said: "Connection is a motivating principle behind the redesign – connection to money, to people and between people. It was important to evoke connection that was human and approachable, not too technical."
