Electronic manufacturing company Strongbyte Solutions is returning to RBTE, and it will be showcasing its range of products at the two-day event at London Olympia between 9-10 March 2016.

Essential Retail caught up with Clare Dudley, sales & marketing director at Strongbyte, to find out more about the company and its plans for the spring show.

Why have you booked for RBTE 2016? 

This will be our second year exhibiting at RBTE and we’re returning with relish! We’ve spent the last 12 months developing VOCOVO, a revolutionary team communication solution with lightweight headsets at its core. We've chosen RBTE 2016 to launch VOCOVO to the retail world and we just can’t wait!  We’re anticipating the exhibition will be a big breakthrough for the product as retailers look to deliver even greater store efficiencies, increased sales and a significantly improved customer experience. 

What new technology will you be displaying at RBTE 2016, and why is it relevant?  

VOCOVO is the latest innovation in team communications solutions. With VOCOVO, retailers are fully equipped to deliver store efficiency, increased sales and a great customer experience using world-leading technology.

Name some of the retailers that you are currently working alongside?

Over the years Strongbyte Solutions has been entrusted to develop team communication solutions for many major retailers including Homebase, Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Wickes and Wyevale Garden Centres. All the signs are that VOCOVO, with its groundbreaking new technology, will follow in the same footsteps. 

What's the best customer service you've experienced this year?

Probably in Homebase – there was just one pot of paint in the colour I needed left on the shelves and I asked the nearby sales assistant for some help. They were wearing one of our headsets and able to contact the stock room instantly, meaning that two further pots were brought down to the shop floor within minutes. That’s customer satisfaction right there!
