Not Just A Label has made three appointments to its senior management team to strengthen its eCommerce strategy.

Former technology chief of global eCommerce at Condé Nast, Shazad Awan, has been appointed chief technology officer (CTO). Awan will be responsible for developing the website's functionality and growing the eCommerce platform.

Not Just A Label (NJAL) is an online platform for upcoming fashion designers, where consumers from 188 countries can purchase items from 20,000 emerging designers on its marketplace.  It also provides an online community by curating news and content, while collaborating with international organisations, like the British Fashion Council, to set up workshops, pop-ups and trade shows.

NJAL has also appointed Anna Telcs and Charlotte Chibani as head of product, agency and head of product, digital, respectively. Chibani joined NJAL from La Perla where she was digital marketing and VIP coordinator having expanded the brand's digital presence across the globe.
