Next year's RBTE will once again play host to Europe's largest retailers, with the 2016 edition of the show being billed as offering the best speaker line-up in the event's six-year history.

The first batch of speakers have been announced for the expo, which takes place on 9-10 March 2016 at London's Olympia, and the line-up includes the following names: Tim Mason, former CEO of Bonmarche and Tesco US; Terry Duddy, non-executive director of Debenhams; David Wild, CEO of Domino's Pizza; Simon Roberts, executive vice president of Walgreens Boots Alliance, and president of Boots; Angus Thirlwell, co-founder & CEO of Hotel Chocolat; Luke Jensen, former group development director of Sainsbury's; Andrew Livingston, CEO of Screwfix; and Andy Harding, chief customer officer at House of Fraser.

RBTE is Europe's largest retail solutions event and is free to visit. With five theatres, including dedicated areas for eCommerce and payments, the show conference programme will cover a vast range of topics over the course of two days.

Other confirmed speakers include: Oliver Meakin, managing director of Maplin; Hayley Tatum, executive director/senior vice president for people and stores at Asda; Robin Phillips, omnichannel and development director at Boots; Aaron Chatterley, founder and deputy chairman of; and Gracia Amico, CEO at PetsPyjamas.

There will also be presentations from Argos,, Arnotts, Auchan, eBay, Adidas,, The Entertainer, Shop Direct, Debenhams, Tesco, Spar, Shell and Wagamama – with more speakers yet to be announced.
