Essential Retail's editor, Ben Sillitoe, sits down with Made.com's commercial director, Annabel Kilner, at the e-tailer's pop-up in East London. This latest pop-up is encouraging customers to come along and relax on Made.com sofas with a cocktail from the in-house bar, or even hot desk in the space in London's Shoreditch. The pop-up will last for ten days and will also host a series of workshops including calligraphy and gift wrapping.
