Retail merchants are invited to take part in a short online survey to establish where their organisation sits on the journey towards having consistent payment platforms, user experience and fraud management services across all of their sales channels (store/eCommerce/mobile/voice). Omnichannel programs have been a priority for retailers over recent years, but how about from a consumer payments perspective? Has this critical element been overlooked?

This major new survey brought to you by Payments Intelligence, ACI Worldwide and RBTE seeks to find out if omnichannel payments are in fact a myth or a reality? No previous research has been carried out on this important topic. The survey looks to establish the current maturity level of omnichannel payments, the top business and technology challenges faced by merchants and how well equipped they feel. The survey also establishes the state of mobile and alternative payment readiness, which payment security technologies are being considered and the preferred deployment model for payment systems.

If you are a retailer, please take part in this important survey. This is your chance to contribute and be heard. It should take less than 10 minutes to complete. Multiple entries per organisation are encouraged and the survey is applicable to individuals from multiple divisions within a retail organisation.
