Retail software provider NetSuite will be offering retailers guidance on how to build a consistent customer experience across multiple channels, at RBTE in March.

NetSuite will be on stage as the European retail solutions conference and exhibition, which is set to take place between 10-11 March at London's Olympia, runs nine highly practical workshop sessions on eCommerce. The bootcamps will cover all aspects of the eCommerce journey – from customer attraction to checkout & payment.

NetSuite will advise retailers to build their businesses around their customers, rather than channels. The company says that "more than ever before", the power rests with the customer.
