NetSuite will be on stage as the European retail solutions conference and exhibition, which is set to take place between 10-11 March at London's Olympia, runs nine highly practical workshop sessions on eCommerce. The bootcamps will cover all aspects of the eCommerce journey – from customer attraction to checkout & payment.
Omnichannel Customer Platform – with NetSuite
NetSuite will advise retailers to build their businesses around their customers, rather than channels. The company says that "more than ever before", the power rests with the customer.
Today's customers expect accurate inventory information, cross-channel order history and flawless order execution, but existing retail technology is often poorly suited to meet these expectations. NetSuite says that most retailers are struggling to deliver a consistent brand experiences across all channels and touch points.
NetSuite's presentation will discuss the key considerations retailers need to address when implementing an omnichannel strategy.
